Late-time cosmology with phantom dark-energy in f(Q) gravity

Abstract Motivated by the exciting features and a recent proposed general form of function non-metricity scalar Q, we investigate cosmological implications in f ( Q ) gravity, through resulting effective dark energy sector, extracting analytical expressions for density, equation-of-state deceleration parameters. We show that even absence constant, universe exhibits usual thermal history, with sequence matter eras, dark-energy parameter always lie phantom regime. Additionally, calculating age universe, extracted equations scenario at hand, result coincide value corresponding to ?CDM within 1?. Moreover, excellent agreement hand Supernovae type Ia observational data. Lastly, comparing behavior case an explicit one presence constant gravity can mimic very efficient way, providing similar behavior, revealing advantages capabilitites hand.
